1. How much will it cost to ship by mail to my city?

The cost of delivery is calculated automatically on the checkout page after entering the name of the locality to which the delivery will be made.

2. Is it possible to pay for the order upon receipt at the post office (cash on delivery)?

No. Our store sends orders only after receiving the prepayment. This is due to the fact that some customers do not redeem their orders at the post office. In addition, cash on delivery is an additional financial burden on the recipient of the order, since the Post Office charges an additional commission from the recipient of the order for the money transfer.

3. I am afraid that the kits will not be sent to me after payment. What guarantees can you give?

Our store has been operating since 2008, and you can easily find objective reviews about our work online. For our part, we guarantee fast processing, formation and dispatch of orders. Then everything depends on the delivery service (Mail or SDEC). We always help our customers if they have problems receiving an order.

Along with the order information, each customer is sent a receipt with all our bank details, which you can use in case of complaints about our work. Although such a situation is unlikely to happen, as we are well aware of the impatience with which the needlewomen are waiting for the ordered sets ;)

4. Do you ship orders to other countries?

Our store ships orders worldwide (excluding remote cities). The cost of delivery is calculated automatically on the checkout page after entering the name of the locality to which the delivery will be made. In large settlements of these countries, delivery is possible not only by Mail, but also through SDEC.

5. I placed an order, why haven't I received notifications?

The problem is most likely related to problems with your email or spam filters. Sometimes the buyer incorrectly specifies their email address.

If you still haven't received an email with information about your order within 24 hours, be sure to write to us via the feedback form.

6. How quickly after payment is the order shipped?

Orders are shipped the next business day after full prepayment is received.

7. How quickly will I receive my order?

8. Is it possible to order kits that are not presented on your website?
