We’ve got your shipping covered! Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over €45. For orders under €45, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 to 2 days
Pro Tip: If your order includes a pre-sale item (you’ll see this on the product and cart pages), the entire order will ship once everything is available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-sale and in-stock items if you want the in-stock items right away.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" when they’re still en route. In most cases, the package will arrive within 2 business days.
If your package hasn’t arrived after 2 days, and you’ve checked around your address, please contact Customer Service for help.
Please note: Diyhometown is not liable for packages marked as delivered or any theft after delivery. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
